Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Pacific Sports Club.


Kindly go through the following Terms and Conditions which constitute an integral part of your registration with Pacific Sports Club (hereafter also referred to as ‘Club’):


  • It is imperative that the parents or legal guardians of minor members/students are fully aware of their registration for activities with the Club before completion of the registration process.


  • Information provided in the Registration Form will not be shared with third parties without your prior consent.


  • By giving contact details in the Registration Form, you have agreed to give permission to the Club to use it for communications with your ward and you.


  • A one-time Registration Fee of AED 250 per member/student will be charged which will be inclusive of 1 (one) set of the Club uniform (T-Shirt, Trouser and Cap) to be given to the member/student.


  • Members/students must wear the Club uniform during training, matches and other events organised by the Club. Members/students must not wear the Club uniform for activities organised by any other entity.


  • Prior booking for training sessions/facilities/match-ground and activities organised by the Club is required to ensure we treat all sports enthusiasts in a fair manner. All bookings must be accompanied by payment of the appropriate fees. An email will be sent to you by the Club confirming the registration/booking once the payment is confirmed.


  • Payment can be made online using a debit/credit card or by cash at the Club venue. The Club issues receipts for all payments received by it.


  • The Club will place members/students in an appropriate group based on availability of spaces in existing sessions, age and/or skill levels of the chosen activity.


  • If a course or activity is over-subscribed, it will be the Club's endeavour to place the member/student in a reserved/waiting list or offer a place at a later date or time.


  • All courses, activities and venues are subject to change according to weather, programming and a satisfactory level of numbers of participants.


  • The Club reserves the right to cancel or make changes to its activities and training programme as it deems necessary. Any cancellations or major changes will be communicated to the members/students or their parents/legal guardians using the latest contact details provided.


  • Members/students/participants must appreciate that sometimes the start time of a booked activity may need to be delayed marginally to accommodate another on-going activity. The end time of the booked activity will also then be accordingly adjusted by the Club.


  • Refund of any fees paid will be made only if the Club is not able to provide a booked service on the booking day without proper justification or provide an alternate date or time for the same.


  • Training sessions unused by the member/student will expire at the end of the calendar month and no refund will be given unless the Club is informed in writing minimum 10 days in advance of any session(s) that the member/student will not be attending.


  • Members/students are responsible for bringing appropriate equipment and protective gear to participate in Club activities. Failure to do so may mean that the member/student cannot participate in the activity. A list of such mandatory equipment and gear can be requested in writing to info@pacificsportsclub.com.


  • Participants/members/students are expected to treat Club property and facilities with care and will be liable for any wilful damage caused by them.


  • While the Club will take the necessary safety precautions, neither the Club; nor the Club’s chosen Venue; nor their employees, management, partners, sponsors, affiliates etc. shall be liable for injuries, accidents or other harmful incidents that may occur during any activity organised by the Club.


  • In the event that a member/student needs medical attention during or as a result of any activity of the Club then, subject to a prior written notice to the contrary from a member/student or the parent/legal guardian of a minor member/student, the Club may arrange for emergency treatment as reasonably available.


  • The Club is not responsible for any loss of personal property. Every member/participant/student will be solely responsible for their personal property such as cell phones, money, valuables etc.


  • Safety and well-being of everyone attending our activities is of utmost importance to the Club. We expect all our staff/affiliates/members/students/participants to have the right attitude to learning and exhibit mutual respect for each other at all times during a Club activity, failing which the Club reserves the right to take appropriate action against those who are in violation.


  • To ensure our members/students can take the maximum benefit from their training sessions conducted by the Club’s official coaches, parents and guardians are required to refrain from any active interference during the sessions and limit their engagement to general encouragement.


  • The Club reserves the rights to use photos/videos/audios of members/students/participants for promotional purposes.


  • The Club shall not be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of its utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services; it being understood that the Club shall use reasonable efforts which are consistent with accepted practices in the sports coaching industry to resume performance as soon as practicable under the circumstances.


  • In consideration of the Club giving access to its activities and facilities the parents/legal guardians/members/students/participants individually and jointly agree as follows:


  1. To not compete directly or indirectly with the business of Pacific Sports Club.
    1. The term “not compete” shall mean that the parent/legal guardian/member/student shall not own, manage, operate, act as consultant to or be employed in a business substantially similar to or in competition with the business of the Club.
  2. To not share trade secrets, customer details or other proprietary data of the Club which may become known to them during their course of engagement with the Club.
  3. To protect the goodwill and reputation of Pacific Sports Club and not make public statement(s) to the contrary for a period of minimum 6 (six) calendar months from the date of their last engagement with the Club.
